Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all dishes are presented with consistency and attention to detail
  • Monitor food quality and freshness, making adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station during service
  • Set up and break down your station before and after shifts, ensuring readiness for the next service
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, particularly during high-volume periods
  • Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef regarding inventory, preparation needs, and any issues
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including regular deep cleaning tasks
