- At least 2-3 years of experience in a casual or fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all dishes are presented with consistency and attention to detail
- Monitor food quality and freshness, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station during service
- Set up and break down your station before and after shifts, ensuring readiness for the next service
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, particularly during high-volume periods
- Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef regarding inventory, preparation needs, and any issues
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including regular deep cleaning tasks
