As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu, ensuring that each dish meets our established standards before it reaches the customer. The kitchen environment is fast paced and demanding; therefore, maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure is essential to excel in this role. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations, particularly in relation to prepping ingredients and managing closing duties efficiently. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • ability to stand for extended periods
