Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • legally authorized to work in the country
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
  • reliable transportation or ability to commute
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset
  • knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness protocols to ensure guest safety
  • maintain an organized and clean work station throughout the shift
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and consistent food preparation
  • receive and stock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • assist with inventory management and waste reduction practices
  • contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
