- Professional kitchen experience required
- legal authorization to work in the U.S. with documentation
- works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- reliable transportation
- availability for scheduled shifts assigned in advance

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items across multiple cuisines
- support on-site event service and food truck operations
- follow and maintain The Fire One recipe book
- maintain food quality, safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- communicate clearly with kitchen and event staff
- maintain professional conduct with clients and vendors
- attend weekly team meetings as needed
- report to Food and Beverage Manager
