Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to read recipes prep sheets and tickets in English
- reliable transportation to and from work
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- stamina to stand bend and lift up to 60 lbs in a hot fast-paced environment
- comfort working around high heat fryers char-grills and slicers eighteen plus required for slicer use
- ability to measure ingredients accurately by weight and volume
- strong focus on food safety sanitation and HACCP standards

Job Duties
- show up ready to play-arrive on time in uniform with a positive team-first attitude
- execute chef-driven recipes with precision-prep cook and plate all menu items according to Walk-On’s standards
- keep the kitchen clean practicing clean as you go to maintain safety sanitation and organization
- handle high-volume shifts with hustle and composure
- follow food rotation and labeling standards to keep ingredients fresh and safe
- use proper portioning tools and scales to ensure consistent product quality
- maintain and calibrate kitchen equipment including thermometers fryers and grills
- assist with deliveries unloading stocking and rotating food and supplies
- support teammates assisting wherever needed to keep kitchen operations smooth
- take out trash break down cardboard and prepare kitchen for next shift
