- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen stations
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient food production
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Manage a busy cooking station with speed and accuracy
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Uphold Texas Roadhouse’s high standards for food quality and presentation
