The position involves full responsibility for the preparation, cooking, assembly, plating, and presentation of all food menu items in the kitchen. Physical demands include standing or walking for the duration of shifts, safely carrying multiple plates, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to teamwork and a pleasant attitude
  • Compliance with all safety, sanitation, allergy, dietary restriction, and modification procedures
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a calm professional demeanor
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for the duration of shifts
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds generally
  • Use measuring utensils to control portions
  • Maintain honesty and integrity in all aspects of employment
  • Practice proper safety guidelines at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training course
  • Proficiency in the use of knives, slicers, peelers, ovens, open flames, stoves, and other kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food menu items according to company recipes
  • Cook and assemble dishes accurately and efficiently
