We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing made-to-order breakfast and lunch items with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring each dish meets Surf Bagel's high standards for taste, appearance, and portion size. The Line Cook will be responsible for following established recipes and portioning guidelines, cooking food to optimal temperatures and textures, and maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols. In addition, the position requires setting up and stocking the work station to ensure smooth service, participating in cleaning and maintenance tasks, and collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
