Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous line cook or related kitchen experience preferred
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to stand for extended periods
capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation
experience with food safety practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards
ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
