The role of Line Cook at Belmont Village Senior Living is a vital position within its senior living community commercial kitchens. This full-time or part-time role features shifts that vary, including weekends, with typical hours ranging from 9:15 am to 5:45 pm and 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. As a Line Cook, you will be entrusted with performing multi-functional duties related to food preparation, set-up, service, and clean-up. Your responsibilities include preparing meals from scratch according to specific recipe specifications and quality standards, managing portion control, and ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents and their guests.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months line cook experience in a high volume restaurant setting
- Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Successful completion of state and federal criminal background check, drug screen, job related physical and TB test
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude

Job Duties
