With a focus on maintaining a positive work environment, Outback values team members they affectionately call "Outbackers," encouraging them to bring their bold personality to the workplace and contribute to a culture that is both enjoyable and proud. The company fosters inclusivity and diversity, committing to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.

The Line Cook role at Outback Steakhouse is a vital position within the kitchen team, responsible for passionately preparing, portioning, and cooking food items to meet the restaurant’s high-quality specifications. Compensation varies by location, and the company offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan to support team members’ health and financial well-being.
