- Prepare high-quality menu items for daily dining, patio service, and club events
- Execute basic cooking techniques including saute, grill, pantry, and prep
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team during service
- Assist with prep, inventory organization, and station setup
- Support a positive and professional kitchen environment
