Job Duties

  • Maintain freshness of ingredients and organize inventory
  • Cook a variety of dishes using grilling, roasting, frying, and baking techniques
  • Plate dishes ensuring proper garnish and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
  • Stock and maintain food products at line stations for efficient service
  • Assist with food preparation during off-peak hours and substitute for other cooks during rush periods
  • Follow closing checklist to clean and organize kitchen stations
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas for kitchen improvement
