Job Duties
- Maintain freshness of ingredients and organize inventory
- Cook a variety of dishes using grilling, roasting, frying, and baking techniques
- Plate dishes ensuring proper garnish and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
- Stock and maintain food products at line stations for efficient service
- Assist with food preparation during off-peak hours and substitute for other cooks during rush periods
- Follow closing checklist to clean and organize kitchen stations
- Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas for kitchen improvement
