Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work days nights weekends and holidays
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- Dependability initiative adaptability flexibility stress tolerance attention to detail self-control integrity cooperation concern for others social orientation food handler's certification previous line cook experience preferred culinary training a plus
Job Duties
- Clean food preparation equipment work areas and counters or tables
- Perform food preparation tasks
- Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen
- Restock kitchen supplies rotate food and print the time and date label for food in coolers
- Grill cook and fry foods
- Coordinate timing of orders so that items served together
- Cook plate and garnish all menu items
