Job Requirements
- valid washington state food worker card within 14 days of hire
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- availability to work full-time seasonal hours
- prior commercial kitchen experience
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and kitchen safety standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience
- culinary arts degree is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong organizational skills
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients to high standards
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
