The position available is a Kitchen Team Member role that is integral to the smooth operation of the kitchen and overall dining experience. While previous professional kitchen experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as Flagship Restaurant Group offers a comprehensive training program that equips new employees with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role demands excellent communication abilities as well as the capability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where they will be standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds occasionally), and moving throughout their shift. Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation is a critical responsibility within this role.

The position requires setting up and stocking cooking stations with all necessary supplies to ensure efficient food preparation. Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food
- Assist in inventory management including rotating stock and notifying management of low inventory items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring all areas are sanitary and ready for use
- Work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
