Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food
- Assist in inventory management including rotating stock and notifying management of low inventory items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring all areas are sanitary and ready for use
- Work closely with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
