Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to stand and walk 100% of the shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- Able to work days, nights, and weekends
- Physically able to meet the demands of fast-paced kitchen work
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies

- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks, and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Safely operate all kitchen equipment
- Use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- Ensure proper storage of all products at appropriate levels
- Prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
- Sell food within recommended time frames
- Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
- Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and reduce waste
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist other team members as needed
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working various shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members
- Dress according to guidelines, neat and professional at all times
