Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to stand and walk 100% of the shift
  • Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Able to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
  • Able to work days, nights, and weekends
  • Physically able to meet the demands of fast-paced kitchen work
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation policies

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members
  • Friendly and disciplined

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience combining food, drinks, and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • Use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • Ensure proper storage of all products at appropriate levels
  • Prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
  • Sell food within recommended time frames
  • Prepare and cook all food items by recipe and to specification
  • Control costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • Clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • Empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while working various shifts
  • Communicate clearly with team members
  • Dress according to guidelines, neat and professional at all times
