Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced setting
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar kitchen or line cook role preferred
knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines recipes standards and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing portioning and or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality rotating product appropriately
being a team player
