  • ability to work nights and weekends
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
  • reliable, professional, and focused under pressure
  • willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow within the role

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items by following recipes and spec standards
  • execute orders accurately and within expected ticket times
  • understand portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation expectations
  • label, date, and store all food items properly
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
  • communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
