With a strong emphasis on creating a sense of belonging, Red Robin celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive environment where both similarities and differences are welcomed. This valuation of community and inclusion enhances the guest experience and makes Red Robin a standout in the casual dining sector.
Red Robin offers more than just food; it provides a fun, energetic workplace where employees can grow their careers. Many of its managers began as hourly team members, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to internal promotion and career development. The brand’s mission is clear and driven by the values: Make it fresh, make it fun, make it memorable, and most importantly, make 'em smile.
The Line Cook role at Red Robin is a dynamic and essential position responsible for preparing high-quality food consistent with the Red Robin way. Additionally, Line Cooks receive tangible benefits for their hard work including a free meal each shift, flexible work schedules for better work-life balance, and employee discounts where they can enjoy 50% off their food and 25% off for family members. Red Robin supports its employees beyond base pay by offering referral bonuses, additional compensation programs such as an employee stock purchase program after one year of service, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.
Employees aged 18 or older qualify for health insurance benefits that encompass medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage. Retirement benefits feature a 401k plan with a company match of up to 4% of pay for those 21 or older after at least one year of service and working 1,000 or more hours annually.
