Job Duties

  • Label, date, and store all food items properly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation practices consistently
  • Communicate clearly with teammates during high-volume service
  • Support BOH flow by assisting with dishes, cleanup, and prep as needed
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
