Concord Hospitality Enterprises is currently seeking a Hotel Line Cook to join their culinary team. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position offers a starting rate of $15.50 per hour. As a Hotel Line Cook, you will be an integral part of the kitchen staff, responsible for preparing food items of consistent quality that meet the brand's standards. Your role will involve following detailed recipe cards, ensuring proper food presentation, maintaining safe food temperatures, and adhering strictly to food safety protocols. Attention to detail and the ability to meet guest requests and special dietary needs with a positive attitude are critical to your success in this position.

In this role, you will be expected to maintain clean, professional appearance and punctuality, arriving in full uniform ready to serve. You'll also play a proactive role in managing food orders, inventory, and kitchen equipment upkeep to avoid service disruptions. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a culinary or kitchen role
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
  • Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
  • Practice safety standards at all times
  • Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
  • Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
  • Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
