Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certification within the county of employment
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Flexibility to fill in for absent staff
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare salads, pizzas, appetizers and pastas accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including all kitchen equipment
- Adhere to proper side-work duties, policies and health department requirements
- Support team members and fill in for absent staff when necessary
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations
