Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year of experience as a line cook
knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills

Job Duties

prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
ensure food is prepared safely and in compliance with health regulations
assist in inventory management and stock rotation
collaborate with kitchen staff to meet service demands efficiently
manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours
support the overall kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
