Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Availability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation ensuring all ingredients are fresh properly stored and ready for service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques
  • Handle food with care following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations
  • Participate in catering events or special meal preparations as needed showcasing versatility in food service
