Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in short order food preparation and/or volume cooking
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- ability to remain at work or report during campus closures
- successful completion of a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in short order food preparation and/or volume cooking
- culinary school training preferred
- ServSafe certification from the State of Minnesota preferred
- successful completion of a criminal background check
- commitment to the ideals of moral responsibility and inclusion
Job Duties
- Provide assistance in the food preparation of meals in back-of-house or front-of-house operations
- interact with customers and prepare customized, made-to-order menu items in a high-volume environment
- prep food throughout shift and assist all culinary staff in completing prep sheet
- set up/close down open line workstation for service
- follow ServSafe food handling guidelines and maintain a clean work station
