- must be 17 or older
- able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- basic cooking skills including knife handling and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- prepare food according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules to ensure food safety
- maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and organization
- collaborate with team members to ensure food preparation meets quality and timing standards
- assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- manage food portion control and minimize waste
