Job Duties
- prepare food according to recipes and cooking standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- operate fry station, salad station, grill station, and prep station as assigned
- follow plate presentation guidelines
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- collaborate with kitchen and front of house teams to ensure efficient service
