Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not always required
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
Passionately preparing, portioning, and or cooking food items according to quality specifications
Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
Being a team player
