Job Requirements
- Must be available in the evenings
- Able to communicate positively, verbally and in an articulate manner
- Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
- Willingness to learn and grow
- 1+ years of line cook experience a plus but training will be provided
- Ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Multitasking skills
- Good knife skills
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have valid work permit
- Reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of line cook experience preferred
- Ability to follow established menus and recipes
- Good knife skills
- Positive and articulate verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work varied hours and days
Job Duties
- Maintain food quality and guest satisfaction according to restaurant standards
- Clean, receive, prep, and stock products before, during, and after service
- Follow established menus and recipes
- Maintain sanitary food handling practices according to restaurant and Health Code standards
- Interact positively and promptly with guests and team members using a hospitality approach
- Multitask efficiently and utilize good knife skills
- Work varied hours and days as business dictates
