Job Requirements

  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Able to follow recipes and execute menus
  • Strong work ethic
  • Interested in growing and refining culinary skill set
  • Possess Oregon Food Handler's Card
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant cooking experience
  • Fine dining and healthcare experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience preferably in restaurant settings
  • Experience in fine dining or healthcare culinary services is a plus
  • Ability to follow recipes and perform culinary tasks accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with residents
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Oregon Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals according to established recipes and menus
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet dietary and nutritional needs
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in inventory management and kitchen organization
