Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service
- maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste
- follow all food safety and handling procedures
- wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans throughout shift
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, and workstations
- take out trash and recycling as needed
- assist with closing duties, including deep cleaning tasks
- keep dish area organized and stocked with clean items
- work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries
