The role of Line Cook at Buckley’s Restaurant and Bar is a full-time, on-site position located in Milwaukee. This key role involves preparing and cooking menu items to meet established quality and presentation standards. The Line Cook will play a critical part in the kitchen’s daily operations, ensuring that all food prepared is consistently delicious, safe, and visually appealing to uphold the restaurant’s reputation. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to strict food safety standards, and collaborating closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day. Additionally, the Line Cook will assist with inventory management, ensuring ingredients are well-stocked, fresh, and properly stored to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
