Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work part-time hours
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Food handler's certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
  • Perform basic prep work including cutting and preparing ingredients
  • Operate grill and deep-fry stations and other hot food stations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Follow food safety guidelines
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
