Job Duties
- Prep kitchen line
- make and assemble hot and cold food items in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- support the kitchen team during peak hours
