Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen
- experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and the ability to multi-task
- must be self-disciplined and reliable
- passion for cooking seasonal delicious meals
- must be Serv-Safe certified
- must be available to work mornings/afternoons and some weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years previous experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen

- Must be self-disciplined and reliable
- Passion for cooking seasonal delicious meals
- A positive attitude, excellent communication and a team player with a creative and collaborative approach to cooking
- Knowledge of food preparation, meal planning, and expediting
- Must be Serv-Safe certified
- Must be available to work mornings/afternoons and some weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Work alongside the kitchen team to produce delicious, seasonal menu items
- Ensure proper food storage, labelling and rotation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
