Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to speak English
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all food prep is complete prior to service time
- Accurately cook and plate all food orders
- Ensure proper sanitation and kitchen practices at all times
- Assist in the preparation and storage for lunch and dinner items
- Assist in event food production as per Executive Chef instructions
- Assist Executive Chef with creating innovative daily and weekly food specials
- Ensure proper use, storage and maintenance of all equipment and supplies
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with company policies, service procedures and service standards
