Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
Ability to stand for long periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Effective communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
Ensure exceptional presentation by checking/dressing dishes before they are served
Showcase superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely
Measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure correct cooking and flavor profiles
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be a true team player and work well with others
