The Line Cook position at Stonebridge is a crucial role within the culinary team, designed for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and eager to contribute their skills to a dynamic kitchen environment. This position involves working under the supervision of an Executive Chef to prepare meals for various service types, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service. This role offers employment flexibility as it is available in part-time, full-time, seasonal, and on-call capacities, catering to various scheduling needs. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, a Line Cook at Stonebridge will be integral in maintaining kitchen efficiency, food safety, and cleanliness, while managing guest orders attentively and promptly. The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen setting, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- prepares requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
