Job Requirements

  • Able to work flexible scheduling
  • Physical capability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
  • Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
  • Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
  • Portion foods and ensure plate presentation looks beautiful
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation and food handling standards
