- Prior culinary or line cook experience is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and standard cooking methods
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Able to work flexible scheduling
- Physical capability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes
- Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Portion foods and ensure plate presentation looks beautiful
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation and food handling standards
