Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant or related hospitality setting
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- commitment to food safety and quality standards

- minimum two years progressive culinary experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- monitor food quality and freshness
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
- participate in ongoing culinary training and development
