Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant or related hospitality setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years progressive culinary experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • monitor food quality and freshness
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service
  • participate in ongoing culinary training and development
