Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant or food service setting
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils including knives
- familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
