Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • compliance with health and safety regulations
  • strong work ethic and reliability

  • Experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items to order while exceeding guest expectations by following recipe and presentation guidelines
  • accommodate special guest requests without compromising food quality or consistency
  • coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to tables
  • uphold proper food safety and sanitation standards for guest and team member safety
  • maintain clean, sanitized, and safe kitchen and restaurant environments
  • collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service operations
  • adhere to health and safety protocols including team member wellness practices
