The Line Cook position at Eddie V's is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality food standards the restaurant is famous for. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing food items to order while strictly following recipe and presentation guidelines to exceed guest expectations. This role requires attention to detail to accommodate special guest requests without compromising the quality and consistency of the dishes served. Line Cooks work efficiently to coordinate food orders, ensuring timely delivery to the tables and maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Food handler's certification preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
