Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- minimum of 2 years cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, reach, and twist continuously
- possession of a current Washington State Food Handler Card
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a pantry, grill, sauté, or fry cook in a high-volume kitchen
- seafood cooking experience preferred
- ability to multitask and learn menu and recipes quickly
- familiarity with kitchen cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- passion for food and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking food items to company specifications
- plating prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- setting up, operating, breaking down, and cleaning kitchen equipment
- assisting with washing dishes and sanitizing utensils when needed
- upholding high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
