P.F. Chang's is currently hiring for multiple kitchen positions including Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Pantry Cooks, Chef De Parties, and Station Chefs at their new location opening in Laredo. This job opportunity caters to both full-time and part-time hourly employees, with competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience. The positions provide a hands-on, dynamic culinary role where team members are responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and company standards while maintaining strict safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, and twist repeatedly
  • Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • Ability to learn and follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Have a current Food Handler’s Card or willing to obtain
  • A love for food and attention to detail with cooking
  • Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • Plates prepared foods based on chef’s guidance
  • Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • May need to assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
  • Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
