We are currently seeking dedicated Line Cooks who are passionate about cooking and eager to contribute to a vibrant kitchen team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make great money while having fun preparing top-quality dishes for our guests. The Line Cook position involves assisting the Chef or Kitchen Manager in all aspects of food preparation across different food outlets on the property. Responsibilities include strictly adhering to standard recipes, maintaining clean kitchen and food preparation areas, and supporting inventory and safety measures under the guidance of the Chef or Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and help ensure that food services operate smoothly and uphold our rigorous health and safety standards. Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of cooking experience

Job Duties

  • Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of products served
  • Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all food outlets on the property
  • Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all assigned items
  • Assists the Chef/Kitchen Manager with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory
  • Understands how to properly use and maintain the equipment
  • Performs necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for all food preparation and storage facilities as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager
  • Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils
