We are currently seeking a professional Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is integral to ensuring that food preparation meets the exact specifications provided by our executive and sous chefs. The Line Cook will prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and cooking according to predefined recipes and standards. Responsibilities also include setting up and stocking food stations, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with all food sanitation requirements to uphold our high standards for food safety and quality. The Line Cook will support the kitchen team with daily operations and contribute significantly to our restaurant's ability to meet customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and active kitchen work
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food quality
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to follow all sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
