This role is essential in preparing high-quality food items to order while exceeding guest expectations by following precise recipe and presentation guidelines. The Line Cook will be responsible for accommodating special guest requests, ensuring consistency in the food quality and appearance, and supporting the timely and efficient delivery of food orders. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant kitchen
- ability to stand for extended periods
- familiarity with food safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift heavy items as required
Job Qualifications
- experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- strong communication and teamwork skills
