- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach bend stoop mop sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- operate all equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure products are stored properly and at appropriate levels
- prepare and cook food items by recipe and specification
- control costs by following prep sheets and eliminating waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
- clean kitchen mats floors walls and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships and promote cooperative work climate
- demonstrate friendliness and smile during shifts
